Refund policy

At GadgetsBay, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests only for the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products — if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item received — if you received a different product, color, size, or model than what you ordered

To submit a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and your order details. We will review your request and offer a full or partial refund, or a free replacement, depending on the situation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package tracking has not updated for more than 45 days, we will investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

If your tracking number appears invalid, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to process refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • The order was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • The package was unclaimed or refused at delivery
  • The return request is based on personal preference
